One of our previous products was meltblown media. As opposed to other bonding processes carried out using JM, granules are employed as the main raw ingredient. During this process, hot air and pressure are used to melt the raw resin and spin it into very tiny fibers. After cooling and depositing on a conveyor belt, these so-called filaments produce nonwovens with exceptionally small fiber sizes, which makes them perfect for filter media's traumatic durability and high performance.
